WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt (this does not include weekends or public holidays).

Orders must be received by 3pm Monday-Friday to be processed the same day. Any ordered after 3pm or at the weekend will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please bear this in mind with all our services.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, due to circumstances out of our control. We are not able to refund delivery costs in the event the delivery date falls outside of the provided estimates. Working days are Monday to Friday. Deliveries cannot be made on a Sunday or on Bank Holiday.

RETURNS

YOU CAN RETURN ANY ITEM YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH FOR A REFUND, WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM. ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS KEEP THE SWING TAG ATTACHED TO THE ITEM AND INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL INVOICE. PLEASE CAN YOU ALSO STATE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE INVOICE THE REASON FOR YOUR RETURN.  UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT REFUND THE ORIGINAL COST OF POSTAGE NOR THE POSTAGE COST TO SEND THE ITEM/ITEMS BACK TO US.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS

All goods will be inspected on return and must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for a refund:
  • All original tags must be attached
  • All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received
  • All items have not been worn
  • All items are free of any odours
  • All items must be in saleable condition
Once we receive your returns parcel we will then process your refund to the payment type from which the original payment was made. Refunds are normally issued within 1-2 working days from receiving your returned item.

COST OF RETURNING GOODS
 
Use our returns portal. This way you can return any sized parcel for only £2.85 which we will just deduct from your refund cost.
